Public car park at 450 m, public parking on the road. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant, bar 20 m, pedestrian zone, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Fontanilla" 250 m. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
